Plot

 

It begins during the Battle of Coruscant after General Grevious captures the Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. As they are about to escape with their hostage, two Jedi Knights, Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, are entrusted with the important mission to rescue him. They successfully board the ship, kill Count Dooku and begin their escape of the ship; they are intercepted by General Grevious and his two Magna Droids who battles with them. General Grevious reialises he is outmated and escapes in the escape pods edjecting all of them to prevent the Jedi's escape from the ship. Anakin is forced to land the shot in half, beaten, engulfed in flames ship. He is successful and saves both his master and the Chancellor, Palpatine.

 

Anakin later discovers that his secret wife Padme' is pregnent with a child. He has nightmares of Padme' dying during childbirth and swears not to allow that dream to happen. Later, Anakin is placed on the Jedi council, by request of Chancellor, Palpatine. Obi-Wan is sent to Utapau to finish off General Grevious who is hiding there. Obi-Wan and Anakin exchange words for the last time as fellow Jedi and friends.

 

After, Anakin discovers that Chancellor, Palpatine is the Sith Lord the Jedi are sdearching for. All the times he had told him how Obi-Wan and the Jedi held him back, that only the Sith could save Padme' from certain death and praising himall the time; he was discreetly tempting him to the Dark Side. He immediatly went off to tell Mace Windu. Mace and three other Jedi went off to kill him and Anakin was commanded to stay and wait for him to come back.

 

While Anakin waited he remembered his promise to save Padme', and how only the Chancellor could save him. He went off to notify Mace of this. When he arrived Mace had cornered the Sith Lord and was about to strike him and kill him. Anakin sliced off his arm and saved Darth Sidious, the Chancellor. Realising he could not go back he was reclaimed as Darth Vader apprentice of the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious. His first task, as Darth Vader, was to go to the Jedi temple and murder all the Jedi. The other remaining Jedi were destroyed by the Clone Troopers who were loyal to the Chancellor, not the Jedi. 

 

Senator Organa was one of the only Senators against the proclomation of the end of the Republic and beggining of the Galactic Empire. He rescued Obi-Wan and Yoda who were the lone suriviers of the Jedi purge. After discovering Anakin was now Darth Vader, Obi-Wan went to kill him and Yoda went to kill the Chancellor. Obi-Wan left him to burn in lava with only one arm and Yoda was unsuccessful at killing Darth Sidious. Darth Vader survived the attempt on his life and was put in a life support suit. 

 

Padme' had twins- Luke and Leia. They were seperated and hidden so their father would not discover them. Padme' died from Haetache after delivering the twins. 

 

The final scene of the movie is Darth Vader and his master overlooking the construction of the Ultimate Weapon, the Death Star...
