Darth Tyrannus

Count Dooku, originally a Jedi before he turned to the Dark Side, was the leader of the Sepratist movement against the Republic.  

 

Count Dooku was trained as a Sith Lord by Darth Sidious, after Darth Maul's death. His real Sith Lord name was Darth Tyrannus. He was part of the early plans of the Ultimate Weapon: the Death Star, Battle Station. He was in charge of the Sepratist movement, and after the defeat on Naboo he ordered the creation of a new army of droids, many of which were destroyed during the battle of Geonsis. 

 

At the beggining of the 3rd film he was murdered by Anakin Skywalker whilst trying to prevent their escape with their hostage from the Sepratist flagship.
