The Dark Side-Sith

Their is little Canon information about the Dark Side of the Force. The force could move things, predict the future, unlock force lightning and much more. The Sith were practitioners of the Dark Side of the Force and their mortal enemies were the Jedi. They use unpositive emotions to align themselves with the force, such as anger, fear, hatred and aggression.

The Empire

When Darth Sidious commanded order 66 he also transformed the Republic into the Empire. He took direct control and became the Grand Emperor ruling over the galaxy. For years he was the ruler until he was murdered by his own apprentice, Darth Vader, who turned to the Jedi.

The Death Star

During the 2nd Episode, we get a glimpse of the early plans for the Death Star. A battle station the size of a small moon had the power to destroy whole planets and was a symbol of fear across the glaxy. The Death Star was destroyed at the end of the 4th Episode, and the much more powerful 2nd Death Star was destroyed at the end of the 6th Episode by the Rebels.
